Role Overview

Circana is seeking a Senior Director II, A2A Lead for North America (NA) to drive the business strategy and requirements behind Circana’s Agent-to-Agent (A2A) technology enablement. This role translates client and market needs in the NA region into business and technical requirements that shape Circana’s agentic protocol capabilities, leads client-facing execution of A2A value across NA accounts, and communicates Circana’s A2A technical architecture to clients throughout the sales cycle. 

 This role partners closely with Circana’s Liquid AI, Engineering, and Product teams to co-own prioritization of what gets built next, and produces the regional enablement, demos, and client-facing materials that bring Circana’s A2A capabilities to life for NA clients and stakeholders. 

Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Requirements 

• Translate NA client, market, and account needs into business and technical requirements that inform Circana’s enterprise A2A prioritization and roadmap 

• Serve as the NA voice in Circana’s shared, cross-regional A2A prioritization process, partnering directly with the Liquid AI, Engineering, and Product teams on what gets built next 

• Partner cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Client Leadership) to drive adoption and value realization of A2A capabilities in region 

Regional Enablement 

• Produce NA-specific enablement materials (demos, mockups, worked examples) that translate Circana’s A2A capabilities for regional client and internal audiences 

• Ensure regional enablement content is reviewed against the accuracy and consistency standard maintained centrally for Circana’s A2A capability and status 

Client & Ecosystem Engagement 

• Serve as the executive lead on client engagements involving A2A capabilities in NA, from early conversations through delivery 

• Communicate and translate Circana’s A2A technical architecture and capabilities to clients and prospects throughout the sales cycle, partnering with Liquid AI and Engineering to ensure technical accuracy 

• Represent NA client and market perspective in cross-functional discussions on security, governance, and data-access requirements for agent interactions 

• Build Circana’s credibility as a trusted, forward-looking partner in the AI agent ecosystem with NA clients and prospects 

Requirements

Required 

• Significant experience in a senior, client-facing or strategy role within enterprise SaaS, data/analytics, or technology-driven environments, translating business and client needs into product or technical requirements 

• Experience defining business or technical requirements for agentic systems and interoperability protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A) 

• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Liquid AI, engineering, and product teams to shape and prioritize a roadmap from a business and commercial perspective; hands-on technical build experience is not required 

• Strong executive presence, with a track record of leading senior client conversations throughout the sales cycle and representing complex, evolving technical architecture in clear business terms 

• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, with the flexibility to adapt scope as Circana’s approach to agentic technology continues to evolve 

Preferred 

• Familiarity with protocols such as MCP, A2A, and Agent–User Interaction Protocol (AG-UI) 

• Familiarity with major AI agent ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) from a business or strategic vantage point 

• Background in data-intensive, analytics-driven SaaS environments 

• Experience serving CPG, retail, or manufacturing clients in the NA market 

• Understanding of CPG industry metrics (e.g., market share, distribution, syndicated data) and how they translate to client value

Location: This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote, US. 

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $190,000.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
