What will you be doing?

In this role, you will partner with leading Softlines brands to uncover growth opportunities and deliver actionable business insights. Leveraging Circana’s industry-leading technology, data platforms, and analytics capabilities, you will analyze large and complex datasets, identify the insights most relevant to your clients, and translate them into clear, impactful recommendations for client leadership teams. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating across internal functions to solve business challenges, drive client impact, and ensure the successful adoption of Circana’s solutions within complex client organizations. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, executive relationship development, sales acumen, technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping clients make data-driven decisions all while delivering consistent commercial results.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account growth strategies across complex client portfolios by identifying new business opportunities, expanding executive relationships, and aligning Circana's solutions to client business objectives.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Lead Cross-Functional Client Initiatives: Partner with Product, Analytics, Operations, Customer Success, and Commercial Leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions, remove barriers, and maximize client outcomes.
• Serve as a Market and Industry Advisor: Stay current on trends in General Merchandise, Footwear, and Apparel to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Build Senior-Level Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
• Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
• Drive Customer Loyalty and Retention: Anticipate customer challenges, proactively address risks, and deliver exceptional client experiences that strengthen long-term partnerships and business growth.
• Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
• Advanced Data Storytelling Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer insights or market research, category management, revenue growth management, client insights, consulting, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with syndicated market measurement and consumer data sources, including point-of-sale (POS), Consumer Panel, and other relevant datasets.
• Technology and AI Enthusiast: Willingness to embrace new technologies and a passion for leveraging innovative solutions to drive business recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering fact-based analyses that influence commercial decision-making and drive client outcomes. Experience identifying business opportunities, uncovering growth drivers, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $88K to $92K.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
