Senior Claims Refund Analyst (Remote)

The Senior Refund Analyst is responsible for coordinating and processing all refunds received on claims. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Log, track and process all refunds received
Responsible for sorting and copying paperwork for refunds when applicable
Works with other claim department personnel when necessary to determine appropriateness of refunds.
Provide monthly reports regarding processing errors that result in unsolicited refunds
Tracking overpayment projects.
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Minimum of 5 years of claims processing experience, preferably on the QicLink claims processing system. Adjustment experience is required. 
Applicant must be proficient at the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and have the ability to easily learn other data systems.
