Senior Business Tax Associate

Mowery & Schoenfeld is seeking an ambitious and curious tax professional with an interest in business entity taxation, ongoing learning, and exemplary client service. Do you consider yourself to have an inquisitive mindset? Do you strive to find the best tax solutions for each individual client?

About YOU:

As the Tax Senior Associate within our business tax team, you will be:

• Preparing entity returns.

• Communicating effectively with clients, team members, company management and regulatory bodies.

• Provided with one on one training and development with high visibility and readiness track for growth.

• Involved in taxation processes from start to finish. 

• Mentoring associates and interns.

We are seeking an individual who is curious, self-motivated, and a team player with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline

• 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting with at least 1 year at the senior associate level

• CPA or CPA eligible

• Strong written communication skills

• Project and time management skills

• Ability to work remotely and independently
