Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual sales results and business activity. This is a self-employed independent contractor role—not a salaried employee position.

Compensation & Independent Contractor Status

Independent contractors are responsible for managing their own schedule, work activities, business expenses, and applicable tax obligations.
