Senior B2B Marketing Manager (Crypto Payment Processing)

About the Role

A Senior-level position working directly with the CEO to establish, test, and scale the marketing engine. The role functions as a solo marketer managing execution through external agencies, freelancers, and contractors while taking full hands-on ownership of market research, positioning, website updates, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and scaling the B2B marketing function from scratch using a growth mindset—testing low-cost hypotheses, measuring ROI, and scaling successful channels.
• Developing brand positioning, Tone of Voice, sales collateral (one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks), and overseeing website updates and redesigns.
• Building multi-channel acquisition funnels including performance marketing, SEO, PR, content marketing, and offline event activations.
• Selecting, briefing, and managing external agencies and freelancers (designers, copywriters, performance specialists, SEO, and PR teams).
• Planning, executing, and evaluating ROI for international B2B industry conferences, including booth setups, client invitations, and on-site meeting schedules.
• Conducting customer research (CustDev), competitor analysis, and market sizing to advise executive leadership on target geographies, verticals, and value propositions.

• 6+ years of total experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years specifically in B2B fintech, payment gateways, or crypto payment processing.
• Hands-on track record of building marketing functions from scratch, either as a solo marketer or in compact teams (2–3 people).
• Demonstrated ability to set KPIs, manage budgets, and evaluate performance for external agencies (SEO, PR, performance marketing).
• Experience conducting B2B CustDev interviews, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
• Experience building sales enablement materials and managing presence at international B2B trade shows and conferences.
• Fluent English (C1 level minimum) for international customer research and global merchant communications.
• Residence outside Russia and Belarus with unhindered access to global marketing platforms.
• High autonomy, self-direction, data-driven approach, and resilience to direct constructive feedback.
