Summary
The role involves programming PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems while designing control panels. It also requires managing industrial communication protocols and integrating systems within regulated environments.
Job Description
El candidato ideal debe contar con experiencia sólida en:
- Programación de PLC, HMI, Batch (S88), SCADA (Ignition, Archestra, FTView), VFD y desarrollo de Reportes, Historian, PI.
- Diseño de paneles de control (experiencia en instalación y/o fabricación es un plus importante).
- Conocimiento fuerte en: Rockwell Automation, DeltaV (Emerson), Ignition, Archestra, SQL, C# y Python.
- Dominio del estándar S88 y sistemas Batch.
- Experiencia en entornos regulados (FDA, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Integraciones con sistemas MES o ERP(Es un Plus).
- Protocolos de comunicación industrial (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, Profibus, etc.).
- Buen nivel de inglés (lectura y escritura).
Adicionalmente se valorará:
- Experiencia liderando proyectos de automatización (tamaño medio/grande).
- Conocimientos en virtualización (VMware o Hyper-V) y arquitectura de redes OT.
