Senior Affiliate Manager-Finland

The Role 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager-Finland to join a growing international iGaming business with a strong focus on the Finnish market. 

This is a key commercial role responsible for developing, managing and scaling the affiliate channel in Finland. You will own relationships with both existing and prospective affiliate partners, identify new growth opportunities and ensure the channel delivers sustainable, high-quality player acquisition. 

The ideal candidate has strong experience within online casino/iGaming, an established network within the Finnish affiliate market, and a commercially driven approach to affiliate management. 

You will work closely with internal marketing, CRM, commercial and operational teams to strengthen market performance and maximise the value of affiliate partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Define and execute the affiliate strategy for the Finnish market, aligned with wider commercial and acquisition objectives. 

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value affiliate partners, with a focus on increasing new depositing customers and long-term player value. 

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners and develop strong relationships within the Finnish iGaming affiliate community. 

• Negotiate commercial agreements, including CPA, revenue share and hybrid models, ensuring sustainable ROI. 

• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance across key KPIs including conversion, FTDs, player value, acquisition cost and ROI. 

• Identify top-performing partners and develop tailored commercial opportunities and incentive structures to maximise performance. 

• Continuously optimise affiliate traffic quality, conversion and overall channel profitability. 

• Work closely with internal teams to improve campaigns, landing pages, promotions and other affiliate-facing marketing activity. 

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and developments within the Finnish iGaming landscape. 

• Ensure affiliate activity and partnerships are aligned with applicable regulatory and responsible marketing requirements. 

• Provide regular reporting, commercial insights and recommendations based on affiliate and market performance.
   

Requirements 

• Strong experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry, ideally within online casino. 

• Proven experience managing and growing affiliate partnerships in Finland and/or the Nordic markets. 

• An established network of relevant Finnish iGaming affiliates and industry contacts. 

• Strong understanding of the Finnish online casino landscape, player behaviour and competitive environment. 

• Experience working within regulated and/or evolving regulatory markets. 

• Proven ability to negotiate and manage commercial affiliate agreements. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance data to drive commercial decisions. 

• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing KPIs, acquisition models and player value. 

• Strong Excel and reporting skills. 

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. 

• Commercially minded, proactive and highly organised. 

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a market while collaborating closely with a wider international team. 

• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. 

• Previous experience working on both the operator and affiliate side would be considered a strong advantage.
