Job Description:

CareSeed is seeking a Senior Account Manager to provide first-rate service to our healthcare payer clients. Join our team of experts and make a meaningful contribution to improve the quality of health care.
The CareSeed Sr. Account Manager role is a very important position at CareSeed. This person is responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction as they serve as the primary contact to our clients. This role requires overall project management of client engagement and ensuring client deliverables are met. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact to develop and manage project plan ensuring all client deliverables are met on time.
• Manage client expectations to ensure CareSeed is meeting customer needs.
• Serve as HEDIS subject matter expert and maintain high level of industry knowledge regarding HEDIS technical specifications, measure updates, and audit standards.
• Assist client with audit preparation and responses including data query and documentation requests.
• Provide data analysis using MS Access, MS Excel or MS SQL to assist with data drill-down as needed.
• Review CareSeed deliverables for completeness and accuracy prior to sending to clients, including rate reports, data analysis, project plans, and other work product.
• Assist with operational management of annual medical record review projects to help internal and external teams successfully execute and complete HEDIS hybrid projects as well as year-round supplemental data collection.
• Assist with product testing, updates to the product backlog and contributing enhancement requests and defect fixes to software development team.
• Some travel to client sites and industry conferences as needed.

Requirements

• Five or more years HEDIS reporting experience at a Health Plan or HEDIS software vendor.
• Solid understanding of clinical concepts that are essential for interpreting HEDIS technical specifications and understanding of medical claims data.
• Experience working with data to interpret HEDIS results and provide analysis to clients using MS Excel, MS Access or MS SQL.
• Ability to manage timelines, to work independently in a remote environment, and to develop solutions toward meeting project milestones.
• Adaptability and willingness to adjust to changing timelines without being micromanaged.

Effective oral and written communication skills to collaborate with other team members both within CareSeed and with our client partners.
