Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to provide essential support to the Account Management Team, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless day-to-day management of an account. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning and tactical execution of public relations and corporate communications initiatives for clients, including managing relationships with clients and internal teams. We are seeking a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple client accounts, efficiently and proactively driving projects forward with a strong attention to detail.

This is a full time, remote role.

What you'll do:

• Proactively manage client expectations and calls, serving as client contact, while also effectively leading and advancing projects across agency team
• Provide day-to-day account guidance and oversight, mastering account management skills and further developing team leadership capabilities
• Maintain understanding and knowledge of client key messages/message platform, data and promotional narrative for brand and competition, ensuring consistency and high-quality work outputs across communications materials and channels
• Effectively oversee and communicate outcomes of internal and client calls, including through management of status call trackers, meeting summaries and activity reports 
• Develop and manage the integration of internal and client feedback, and secure alignment on key agency/client documents that drive success (e.g., Project and Creative Briefs)
• Monitor and interpret analytics around programming, tactics and overall program performance (e.g., metrics, KPIs, goals)

What you should have:   

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3+ years public relations agency experience, Healthcare preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work independently, leading multiple projects under tight projects with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in healthcare public relations, demonstrating an ability to be a curious and active listener with an understanding of critical questions to ask, and of whom
