Account Executive

Overview

We're looking for an Account Executive, AI Solutions to join us remotely in the US. You'll play a key role in helping customers identify and adopt practical AI solutions that improve business processes, drive efficiency, and create measurable business value. You'll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

About the Role

The Account Executive, AI is responsible for driving new revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing sales opportunities for our AI products and solutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from initial interest through contract close while building a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.

In this role, you will:

• Proactively prospect and qualify new leads to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and targets
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand customers' business processes, challenges, priorities, and desired outcomes, and identify where AI can deliver meaningful business value.
• Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and solution presentation through negotiation and close
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive long-term account growth
• Partner with Account Management, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate forecasting
• Stay current on AI industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions and value proposition
• Educate customers and internal stakeholders on the practical application of AI, helping move conversations from AI curiosity to clearly defined business use cases and measurable outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide reliable pipeline and forecast visibility to leadership

About You

You are a consultative, results-driven sales professional who is comfortable navigating complex conversations around technology, value, and outcomes. You bring a strong ability to translate AI capabilities into practical use cases that resonate with a range of stakeholders, from executives to technical teams. You are proactive in building and managing pipeline, disciplined in your sales approach, and motivated by consistently achieving or exceeding quota. You take full ownership of your deals and are just as comfortable prospecting new business as you are managing a complex negotiation to close.

To be ahead of the pack, you might have:

• Experience selling AI Solutions, SaaS or technology-driven solutions, ideally in a consultative or enterprise sales environment
• A track record of building pipeline and closing net-new and expansion opportunities
• The ability to position complex or emerging technologies in business-focused terms
• Comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where products, processes, and sales strategies continue to develop.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience maintaining accurate CRM data and forecasting for sales leadership
