The global out-of-home advertising market is worth roughly $40 billion a year. Stic is building the measurement layer that legacy OOH never had.

Stic is trusted by brands like TikTok, Dunkin Donuts, e.l.f., and PacSun. The traction is already showing up in results: a SXSW campaign for TikTok Radio put 44 vehicles on the road in Austin and generated 3.9 million tracked impressions. That's real, revenue-generating proof in a category still mostly sold on assumptions.

Stic is lean by design. People joining now build the playbook rather than inheriting one. This means fast execution, without the layers of process that slow down bigger companies.

About You

You're a quota-carrying media specialist who's closed deals in out-of-home, vehicle, or mobile advertising. You've built a network of decision makers. Marketing executives, media buyers, and brand managers all take your calls because they know you'll deliver.

You're a builder at heart. You're comfortable standing up a pipeline from nothing and don't need a playbook to find your next deal. You know the market, the players, and what brands can benefit from out-of-home.

What You’ll Do

• Build and close a self-sourced pipeline of advertising deals with brands, agencies, and marketing teams.

• Bring existing relationships with marketing executives, media buyers, and brand managers to the table from day one.

• Turn first deals into long-term partnerships that generate repeat business.

• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and campaign length directly with clients.

• Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed contract to onboarding.

• Partner with marketing and operations to make sure campaigns launch on time and perform as planned.

• Partner with the executive team on pipeline status, reporting, and YTD progress.

• Represent Stic at industry events and build the network that fuels your next deal.

What You’ll Need to Have

• About 5+ years closing advertising or sponsorship deals, ideally in out-of-home, mobile, or vehicle advertising.

• An active network of contacts across executive leadership, marketing departments, advertising agencies, and/or brand management teams.

• Comfort working in a quota-driven, performance-based environment.

• Operate with a builder's mentality. Example, capable of building a book of business from scratch.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

• Proficiency with Salesforce.

• A valid driver's license, for travel to client sites.

Base Salary: $105,000 - $150,000

Target Commission: $50,000 - $150,000+ (uncapped)

Work Location: NYC - Remote with client-related travel and quarterly visits to HQ.
