Security Guard - Part-Time as Needed (PRN)

The Pines at Davidson is security guards to maintain the safety and security of our residents and team members on our 50 acre campus. Our security team have access to security camera and life alert systems, enabling them to contribute to the quality of life of our residents in a meaningful way. Qualifications: What you would do at The Pines
Monitor cameras when not making rounds or responding to resident issues
Efficiently use Operation Lifesaver equipment
Checking, locking and unlocking of doors at proper scheduled times
Complete and document at least four patrols per shift
Assist in emergency drills.
Patrol parking areas.
Assist resident entry to buildings and Living Units.
Assist our nursing staff during medical emergencies.
Monitor employee shift changes and provide aid as needed
Observe and record maintenance needs (light bulbs, etc.)
Respond to all fire alarm situations.
Carry out special tasks given by Director of Plant Services or his designee
Co-operate with all departments in professional manner.
