About the Role:Elite Security Agency LLC is looking for a confident and experienced Security Supervisor to lead our team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security officers on assigned shifts
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure site safety and security compliance
- Respond swiftly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance standards
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, shift logs, and documentation
- Enforce client post orders, company policies, and applicable regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact between security staff and client management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Valid North Carolina Security Guard License or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in writing clear and accurate incident and shift reports
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
