Location: Hillsborough, NJ
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time

Shifts Available: Mon-Fri 3pm-7pm

                           Sat/Sun 7am-3pm

We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Security Scheduler to join our growing team in Hillsborough, NJ. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys coordinating schedules while supporting security operations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain schedules for security officers across multiple client sites.
• Fill open shifts by contacting available officers and ensuring proper staffing coverage.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to officers and management.
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, and late arrivals.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers to ensure all posts remain fully staffed.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and employee availability.
• Provide outstanding customer service to both employees and clients.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous scheduling, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in the security industry is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with scheduling software (TrackTik experience is a plus).
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable.
