The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of security and safety.

Essential Responsibilities

Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or by vehicle to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
Monitor building access points and verify credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and requests for assistance.
Complete detailed and accurate incident, activity, and shift reports.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries.
Enforce site policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Observe and report suspicious activities, hazards, safety concerns, and unauthorized persons.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and designated areas.
Coordinate with local emergency responders and site management as needed.
Monitor surveillance systems and access control platforms when assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Valid California Guard Card
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 18 years of age.
Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to utilize security technology systems.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
