Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.52 / Hour

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. Familiarity with basic software applications and digital communication tools is required for effective job performance.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates should have a background in customer service. Experience in this area is vital for roles that involve direct interaction with clients and customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
