As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Location: Austin, Texas- TEMP Hours
• Schedule 1 : Tuesday - Saturday 6 AM - 2 PM (40 Hours / Full Time)
• Schedule 2 : Sunday - Monday 6 AM -2 PM (16 Hours / Part Time)
• Schedule 3: Thursday - Sunday 2 PM -10 PM (32 Hours / Full Time)
• Schedule 4: Monday -Wednesday 2 PM -10 PM (24 Hours / Part Time)
• Schedule 5: Thursday - Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM (32 Hours / Full Time)
• Schedule 6: Monday -Wednesday 10 PM -6 AM (24 Hours / Part Time)

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always a top priority
• Handles inquiries made by the public and clients
• Conducts screenings of persons upon entry to the facility.
• Controls, regulates and directs pedestrian traffic.
• May perform desk duties, including telecommunications (telephone, computer, radio)
• Prepares clear, accurate, and complete reports on all activities as required
• Foot and Vehicle Patrol when warranted
• Controlling access and ensuring only authorized personnel are given access to the site.
• Assist Operations Management in Emergencies 

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a Texas security license or the ability to obtain one 
• You have a CPR certification or the ability to obtain one
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirement
