As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers. Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents while communicating clearly and supporting daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, contractor, and driver credentials, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and transportation teams regarding authorized arrivals, departures, deliveries, and restricted-area access.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
