Job Title: Security Guards - Armed, Unarmed & Seasonal
Location: Northern Colorado
Compensation: $19.00 –$26.00/hour (based on site assignment)
Position Type: Full Time, Part Time, Seasonal Opportunities Available
Schedule: Variable shifts including days, swings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

About Precision Security Team
Founded in 2018, Precision Security Team (PST) is a veteran-owned and operated contract security provider serving Northern Colorado and surrounding communities.
We provide professional security services for: schools and educational facilities, government and social service programs, commercial properties, critical infrastructure, armed mobile patrol operations, and public and private events.
Our officers are expected to lead with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and strong communication while helping create safer environments for the communities we serve.
Opportunities May Include
Unarmed Security Guards
Ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, professionalism, and situational awareness. Duties may include patrols, access control, reporting, event security, and public interaction.
Armed Security Guards
Ideal for experienced security professionals, military veterans, or law enforcement backgrounds who are comfortable operating in higher-responsibility environments requiring firearms proficiency and advanced decision-making.
Seasonal & Event Security
Great for students, retirees, part-time workers, or individuals seeking flexible schedules during high-demand periods, concerts, festivals, community events, and temporary assignments.

Minimum General Requirements
- 18 years of age or older (21+ for armed positions)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing as applicable
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Strong situational awareness and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Security, military, or law enforcement background
- CPR certification (or willingness to complete training)
- Experience with report writing or public-facing roles
