Grinder / Secondary Operator

Job Details: Job Location: Lee Spring Arizona - Gilbert, AZ, Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.50Hourly, Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Load and unload springs into and out of drying ovens in accordance with established work instructions.
Load and unload springs into and out of heat-treating ovens while maintaining required production standards.
Load and unload springs into and out of passivation tanks following established safety and quality procedures.
Rinse springs after completion of the passivation process to ensure product quality specifications are met.
Inspect parts for obvious defects and notify the supervisor of any quality concerns.
Pack finished parts according to company standards and prepare them for transfer to the shipping area.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company safety policies.
Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: Education and Work Experience Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions.
High mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn manufacturing processes.
Ability to safely lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Work Schedule:

Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
