About The Role:
As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you'll be on the front lines of our distribution process. Your main responsibilities will include safely and accurately handling a high volume of orders. This involves everything from receiving and stocking new inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods. You'll be working closely with team members and supervisors, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are a must.

Shift:
Monday - Friday - (Some Saturdays) 

Hours:
6am - 230pm  + overtime as required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving & storing materials
• Picking, packing & scanning orders for pickup and delivery.
• Processes orders efficiently in a fast paced environment; Palatalize, label and shrink wrapping orders.
• Communicate quality & inventory issues
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
• Promote peer to peer accountability to ensure all team members adhere to company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Partner with management to analyze your performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs
• Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Has basic computer knowledge and skills.
