JOB OVERVIEW

Unrivaled is seeking a Seasonal TikTok Manager to to serve as the dedicated owner of our TikTok channel during the 2026–2027 Unrivaled season. The engagement is expected to begin virtually on December 14, 2026, with production activities in Miami, Florida beginning on or around December 26, 2026, and continuing through approximately mid-March 2027, subject to completion of the agreed scope of services.

This role is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who lives and breathes the platform: you'll shoot and edit content courtside, in the locker room, and around the league, executing the strategy for how Unrivaled shows up on TikTok every single day.

Beyond core content, you'll lead our expansion into TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE. 

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to build something from the ground up, moves quickly, and has a real feel for what makes content pop on TikTok specifically (not just repurposed IG or YouTube content).

Job Responsibilities 

Content Creation & Production

• Shoot original, platform-native video content at games, practices, events, and player activations
• Edit fast-turnaround content (same-day and real-time during live games) as well as longer-form storytelling pieces
• Develop trend-responsive content that ties Unrivaled players, moments, and culture into what's happening on TikTok in real time
• Manage a consistent, high-frequency posting cadence aligned with league and content calendars
• Engage authentically with our community by responding to comments across our channels and interacting with player posts and relevant viral content to strengthen brand presence.

Channel Strategy & Growth

• Own the TikTok content calendar and posting strategy in partnership with the broader Content team
• Track platform trends, sounds, formats, and creator behavior to keep Unrivaled culturally relevant and early to trends
• Analyze performance data (views, engagement, follower growth, retention) to continuously refine content strategy
• Collaborate with Social, Brand Partnerships, and Player Relations teams to align content with league priorities and sponsor deliverables

TikTok Shop

• Lead the build-out and ongoing management of Unrivaled's TikTok Shop presence
• Manage product listings, storefront strategy, and content designed to drive shop traffic and conversion
• Identify and execute affiliate/creator partnership opportunities to drive Shop performance
• Partner with merchandise/e-commerce stakeholders to align Shop strategy with broader league goals

TikTok LIVE

• Own strategy and execution for Unrivaled's presence on TikTok LIVE, including gameday activations, behind-the-scenes streams, and player-led moments
• Coordinate scheduling, talent, and technical logistics for live broadcasts
• Explore and pilot new LIVE formats (shopping streams, Q&As, watch parties) to grow audience and engagement

Qualifications 

• 2–4+ years of experience managing a brand, team, athlete, or creator TikTok channel, with a strong portfolio of content you've personally shot and edited
• Demonstrated understanding of what makes content succeed specifically on TikTok — trends, pacing, sound design, hooks, native editing style
• Hands-on proficiency with mobile and/or DSLR shooting, plus editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Experience with or strong interest in TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE; e-commerce or livestream production experience a plus
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, live-sports environment with tight turnarounds and shifting priorities
• Strong organizational skills — able to manage a content calendar, shop storefront, and live schedule simultaneously
• Passion for women's sports and basketball culture strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel to games and events, including nights and weekends during the season
