OW Lee is hiring Seasonal Production Workers to support our manufacturing team through the summer season. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for temporary full-time work in a fast-paced production environment.

Seasonal employees may work in a variety of departments, including:

• Upholstery

• Packing

• Parts

No prior manufacturing experience is required - we will train motivated individuals who are ready to work and learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures

• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Safely use tools, equipment, and machinery

• Report equipment or safety concerns to supervisors

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English or Spanish

• Dependable and able to work as part of a team

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Frequent bending, reaching, and use of hands and arms
