Screen-printing experience is welcome but not required—we will help you learn our process.
What You’ll Do
As part of the production team, you will:
- Set up, operate, and help maintain automatic screen-printing presses.
- Load and unload apparel to keep production moving.
- Check print placement, alignment, color, and overall quality.
- Mix and handle inks and coatings according to job instructions.
- Clean screens, squeegees, equipment, and work areas between jobs.
- Report printing or equipment issues and help the team solve problems.
- Follow safety procedures and support daily production goals.

Schedule & Pay
- Available shifts: 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays possible.
- Hours: 40+ per week.
- Pay: $16–$20 per hour.
