Seasonal Production Associate – Holiday Fundraising Support

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in packing fresh fruit gift boxes, potatoes, onions, gourmet nuts, Wisconsin cheese, and sausage gift boxes
- Ensure quality and presentation standards are maintained during packing
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals
- Support the overall efficiency of the holiday fundraising operation
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production roles is a plus but not required
- Must be available to work 3-4 days per week, 6-8 hours per day, starting at 7:30 am

Alsum Farms & Produce is a vertically integrated family-owned farm, packing facility and logistics company providing quality produce. Alsum Farms grows 3,000 acres of Wisconsin Healthy Grown® Certified potatoes and has dedicated land to pollinator habitat and prairie restoration to cultivate a sustainably grown food supply along the lower Wisconsin River Valley in Arena and Spring Green and in the central sands in Adams and Grand Marsh, Wis.
