Seasonal Grain Receiving Operator

About the Role:

As Kalmbach Feeds continues to grow, we are looking for passionate, hard-working team members that live our values and help us create new ideas, serve customers, improve our processes, build teams, and manage our growth. 

• You will operate safely within Kalmbach Feeds, policy, and procedures. 
• You will provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors with grain customers. 
• You will be an involved/engaged member of a team and be willing to act and think independently. 
• You will be scaling trucks and tracking inbound/outbound loads. 
• You will be receiving grain from customers/farmers 

Who You Are: 

• Ability to problem solve and make decisions as needed. 
• Demonstrate self-starter and high initiative abilities. 
• Strong customer service orientation. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Good Attendance Record & Work Ethic. 
• Job will require a large degree of movement between computer, scale house, truck dump, and sampling station.
• Basic computer skills
