Mowing & Grounds Contractor — Independent Contractor Opportunity

Keystone Custom Homes is seeking an experienced independent mowing/grounds maintenance contractor to service properties across Lancaster, York, Berks, Montgomery, and Cumberland counties for the 2026 growing season - to start immediately.

Scope of Work:
Regular mowing, trimming, and edging of unfinished lots in community properties. Schedule and frequency are set in partnership with other trade partners. 

Contract Term:
Seasonal engagement, anticipated through November 2026 or the end of the growing season, whichever comes first. May be renewable for future seasons. 

Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement; the contractor will work in partnership with other site contractors. Please contact the team using the phone number below to share information regarding your service rate.

Requirements:

• Experience with commercial mowing equipment, including general repairs
• Independent transportation between sites
• Proof of general liability insurance
