Famous Footwear in Springfield, MO is closing soon. This is a short-term, temporary position to help load inventory and clean up the space after permanently closing the store. We need 7-10 people on Wednesday, September 30 for half a day to load inventory into a truck and several people to work various times from Thursday, October 1 through Wednesday, October 7.
You will need to apply through this portal. There will be Group Interviews held. If chosen, a date will be scheduled to file New Hire Paperwork. You will need a valid ID, Social Security Card/Birth Certificate, or other valid identification for I-9 filling.
GROUP INTERVIEW DATES AND TIMES:
Monday, September 21 at 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM
Tuesday, September 22 at 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM
Physical Requirements and/or Environment
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
