Job Description

Spider Management Company has two summer 2027 internship opportunities for students that are Sophomores or Juniors at the University of Richmond in Fall 2026.

POSITION SUMMARY: Spider Management’s internship program is intended to expose University of Richmond Sophomore and Junior Students to a wide range of strategies across the asset management industry.

Spider Management Company (“Spider Management”) is the investment office for the University of Richmond and a select group of other non-profit organizations.  Spider Management’s 23-person team is split between Investments, Operations, and Investor Relations.
