Job Details: Job Location: Washington County Clinic - Washington, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.
As a Screening & Intake Specialist with Chartiers Center at our Washington County Clinic, you would be committed to provide compassionate supports to people facing behavioral health challenges.
Job duties as an Screening & Intake Specialist include:
Screening all initial requests for services/information
Complete point of entry/intake/assessment activities and information
Complete other necessary demographic/registration activities

Minimum Qualifications:
Skills to engage callers
Possess system knowledge to provide other necessary support and linkage, as indicated by presenting need
Sufficient expertise to function relatively autonomously in making judgements, recommendations and credibility required by service providers, if necessary
Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field
Two (2) years’ experience in behavioral health
