Job Description
Wildflower Therapy Services, LLC is a woman and therapist-owned company located in Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide school-based therapy services in Nevada, Washington, and Texas. In 2026 we were ranked by the Inc. 5000 as the 3rd fastest growing company in Nevada and #215 nationwide.
We are currently looking to hire full-time and part-time speech-language pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year in Houston, Texas.
Requirements
- Must have a Master’s degree and CCCs or be in your CF year.
- Must be or be willing to be licensed in the state of Texas.
- Must be available during school hours.
- Ideally has pediatric therapy experience.

Our mission is to provide the expertise of special education professionals to local charter and district schools. We currently provide speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, school psychologists, special education teachers, school counselors, special education nurses, and assistive technology and functional behavior evaluations. Additionally, we provide Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) as requested.
Since 2020, our team has grown to 50+ professionals working on 15 local charter school campuses, as well as with more than 15 other district partners in Nevada, Texas, and Washington. We have worked with both established and first-year charter schools and school districts that range from being one of the largest in the nation all the way down to small rural districts. Our knowledgeable team provides high-quality consistent services, and our professionals easily adapt to be part of your team.
Now accepting new clients and school contracting opportunities in and outside of Nevada.
