Nawa Professional Services is seeking a dependable Custodian / Janitor to join our team in the Fruitport area! We have part-time opportunities in a school setting and an immediate start. No prior experience? No problem! We provide paid training!
Full time openings:
- Monday - Friday: 4:00PM - 12:00AM (occasional weekend work for set up and tear down of school events. During school breaks, alternate first shift schedule.)
- Monday - Friday: 4:30PM - 12:00AM (occasional weekend work for set up and tear down of school events. During school breaks, alternate first shift schedule.)
Part time openings:
- Monday-Friday: 4:00PM-9:00PM (with occasional weekend work for set up and tear down of school events. During school breaks, alternate first shift schedule.)
On call opening:
- Monday-Friday: on call as needed -- a 4-8 hour block of time between 8am and 11pm - up to 40 hours per week!!
Pay Rate: $14 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
- As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a federal background check with no past or pending criminal charges and drug test including THC testing.
- 18 years of age or older with valid ID, authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
