What You'll Receive

Earn While You Train

• Work as a School Bus Aide while completing CDL training.
• Earn $16.00 per hour during monitor hours worked.

Flexible Schedule

• Midday training sessions are designed to work around your bus aide schedule.
• Continue gaining experience while advancing your career.

After You Earn Your CDL

Driver Pay Rates

• Van Driver: $26.00 per hour
• School Bus Driver: $28.50 per hour

Position Overview

• Safely transport passengers according to established schedules and routes

• Complete required reports and documentation accurately
• Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations

Training will be provided to help you understand student needs and perform your role with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

Application Requirements

• Complete employment application and new hire paperwork
• Pass all required background screenings

Documentation

• Provide valid identification
• Provide three professional references
• Submit residential history as required

Pre Employment Requirements

• Pass a company paid physical examination
• Pass a drug and alcohol screening
• Successfully complete required background investigations

Physical Requirements

• Climb and descend bus steps
• Move quickly from a seated position
• Operate emergency exits when necessary
• Safely perform passenger evacuation procedures, including moving up to 125 pounds during emergency drills
