Summary
The Member Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to YMCA members. They will handle daily inquiries, assist with sales, and ensure a welcoming environment for diverse community groups.

OPEN POSITIONS:
MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (5) – $16.43/hour
Minimum Qualifications:
-
- Previous work experience (1-3 years) in customer service, sales or related experience
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
WORK SCHEDULE: PART TIME (LESS THAN 28 HRS/WEEK)
