Scheduling Coordinator/LPN -CCC & BCC

Scheduling:

Assists in answer all incoming telephone calls, screen and take appropriate messages.
Schedule and coordinate staff for all In-home and Respite Home services to maintain utilization of units of service.
Verify/confirm direct care staff assignments and prepare necessary paperwork.
Type updated calendars, prepare newsletters and flyers for bulk mailing.
Coverage of on call phone one time per month or more as needed.
Post client information in Service Plan Binder including activity log sheets.
Maintain client database.
Assist as needed with scheduling or implementing Respite special events, activities and projects.
Represent Respite Program at resource and job fairs.
Attend Respite Department meetings.
Serves as liaison between staff and clients.
Assign staff to clients based upon clients’ needs and staff expertise.
Lead supervisor of staff, including orientating new staff on Respite policies and procedures or conducting spot checks when needed.

Medical:

Coordinates internal medical trainings, development of medical procedures and any needed assessments of medically complex clients upon admission and intake.
