Fremont Dental Group is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and bilingual Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist to join our growing team! We are a busy, patient-centered dental practice that prides itself on creating a warm, welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do
As our Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience by:
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating patient schedules efficiently
- Verifying insurance and processing insurance claims
- Collecting and processing patient payments
- Assisting patients with paperwork and forms
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Communicating effectively with patients and team members in both English and Spanish
- Supporting the front office with additional administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Has a warm, positive, and outgoing personality
- Enjoys building relationships with patients and making them feel welcome
- Can multitask and stay organized in a busy office
- Thinks quickly and problem-solves with confidence
- Is dependable, reliable, and eager to learn
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus
Dental experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Experience in a dental, medical, or other healthcare office is a plus.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Office Hours
- Monday–Thursday, 7am-4pm
- Friday, 7am-2pm
- No weekends
