About this Role

Be part of a newly launched federal mission. JLGOV is hiring four Scanner Operators to join the U.S. Department of Justice's brand-new National Fraud Division in Washington, DC — a ground-floor opportunity to support high-profile fraud litigation from day one. You'll play a direct role in processing the evidence and documentation behind active federal investigations, working alongside a team built to support one of DOJ's newest priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed Canon/Xerox scanning and printing equipment.
• Scan up to 12,000 pages and print up to 15,000 pages per week.
• Prepare, scan, quality-check, organize, and assemble litigation documents.
• Produce binders, exhibits, tabs, labels, and case materials.
• Operate binding, cutting, hole-punching, and related equipment.
• Maintain equipment, processing logs, and supply inventories.
• Handle sensitive Government documents accurately and securely.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume scanning, printing, document processing, reprographics, records management, or litigation support.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality control.
• Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must successfully complete the required DOJ personnel security/background process before beginning work.
• U.S. work authorization required. No employment sponsorship available.
