Summary
Scaffolders and crew leaders are responsible for the assembly and installation of facade scaffolding on construction projects. Crew leaders must also manage the team, interpret technical drawings, and ensure all safety documentation is maintained.

🏗️ Scaffolders & Crew Leaders – Facade Scaffolding 🔧
We're recruiting experienced scaffolders and crew leaders for facade-scaffolding projects! 💪
✅ Main Requirements
🔹 Valid VCA for every worker
🔹 Current facade-scaffolding experience
🔹 Around 2 years' independent experience preferred for scaffolders
For Crew Leaders, additionally:
🔹 Communicative English 🗣️
🔹 Category B driving licence 🚗
🔹 Ability to read technical drawings 📐
🔹 Ability to independently organize the crew
🎓 Qualifications We Value
✨ Steigerbouwer
✨ Hulpmonteur Steigerbouw / Helper Steigerbouwer
✨ Scaffolder booklet/certificate
✨ Or other reliable proof of qualifications
🇳🇱 Netherlands Route (Strict Documentation)
For assignments in the Netherlands, a separate scaffolding route applies with strict documentation requirements:
🔸 Valid VCA
🔸 Valid GPI
🔸 Minimum Monteur Steigerbouw certificate
🔸 Certificate visible in the CDR register
🔸 Final A1 before starting work
