Experience You'll Gain:  

• Sales & customer service in the innovative boutique health & fitness space 
• Experience in a spa or health/wellness
• We use MindBody Online, Axle CRM, Homebase for scheduling & timesheets
• Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy and chromotherapy

Location and Hours:  
We are seeking candidates to work 15-20 hours/ week. The best applicants have general availability for 6-7 hour shifts, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Hill Country Galleria (13500 Galleria Circle, Suite U110, Bee Cave, TX 78738)
• Shifts we are hiring for:
  • AM Shift (approx 6:30am - 1:30pm, M-F)
  • PM Shift (approx 2pm - 9:15pm, M-F) 
  • Weekend Shifts (7:30am - 1pm, 1-7:15pm)

Your Daily Tasks Include:

• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests (READ: This is a cleaning job where you also sell)
• Warmly greet customers by name
• Call and text warm leads in our sales CRM (Expectation is for 20 calls made each shift)
• Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you!)
• Sell memberships and earn commissions, give new guests a studio tour
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. (MIndBody software experience is a plus!)
• Maintain and organize the facility’s supplies
• Training newer team members on how to perform the job correctly, with attention to detail.
