$11/hour + bonuses for team members working 25+ hours per week
$10/hour + bonuses for team members working 16–24 hours per week

Conduct phone surveys with clients, family members, and caregivers
Accurately document survey responses
Help organizations improve care and employee experiences
Create positive interactions with every participant

What We're Looking For

Friendly, professional communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Reliable attendance
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Language Skills

Clear and effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
