SAP PP Solution Architect

We're seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Solution Architect to support a high-visibility DoD program. This is a client-facing role where you'll serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Production Planning, leading solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation strategy within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of SAP Production Planning (PP) implementation experience
• Experience serving as a lead architect or solution architect on SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation background, including architecture and solution design responsibilities
• Deep expertise with:
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Demand Management
  • Production Orders
  • Routings
  • Work Centers
  • Bills of Material (BOMs)
  • Capacity Planning
  • Production Scheduling
• Experience integrating SAP PP with:
  • Materials Management (MM)
  • Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • Quality Management (QM)
  • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
  • Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Experience designing manufacturing solutions for complex production environments
• Ability to lead client workshops, facilitate solution discussions, and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders and project teams
• Comfortable serving as the lead PP SME while remaining willing to be occasionally hands-on when needed
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)

Preferred Experience

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance
• Department of Defense (DoD), federal government, defense contractor, aerospace, logistics, manufacturing, or other highly regulated environments
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Production Planning or related SAP certification
• Experience with advanced planning, finite scheduling, PP/DS, and digital manufacturing solutions
• Experience with:
  • Discrete Manufacturing
  • Engineer-to-Order
  • Make-to-Stock
  • Make-to-Order environments
• Prior consulting or systems integration experience

Travel

• Up to 75% travel during the initial phase of the engagement, decreasing after the first few months.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior SAP PP professional who enjoys working directly with clients, influencing manufacturing strategy, and leading the design of scalable SAP production planning solutions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Neptune Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $145.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
