Title: SAP PEO (Production Engineering & Operations) /
PLM-SI Consultant

Role
Overview

We are
seeking an experienced SAP PEO specialist to lead and support complex
manufacturing SAP transformation programs. You will design, configure, and
deploy SAP S/4HANA PEO solutions, connecting engineering design data
(PLM/BOM/Routings) seamlessly with shop floor execution.

Key
Responsibilities

• Solution
Design & Configuration: Configure and manage version-controlled Bills
of Material (BOMs), shop floor routings, work centers, and PRTs (Production
Resources/Tools) within SAP S/4HANA PEO.

• Engineering-to-Manufacturing
Integration: Lead the integration design linking Product Lifecycle
Management (e.g. PLM / Teamcenter / Windchill) with PEO and Production Planning
(PP / PP/DS).

• Workshops
& Collaboration: Lead business process workshops with client
engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to analyze requirements and map out
business blueprints.

• Documentation
& Governance: Create functional specifications, configuration guides,
support training material development, and ensure adherence to industry
standards and regulatory compliance (US Aerospace & Defense).

Required
Qualifications & Skills

• Core
Module Knowledge: Deep
expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning), PEO, and integrations with PLM.

• MES
experience preferred (Apriso or other A&D industry equivalent). Familiarity
with engineering change records, version control schemas, shop floor
dispatching, and MES/Digital Manufacturing integrations.

• Industry
Background: Hands-on
background in discrete manufacturing, complex custom machinery, and/or
Aerospace & Defense industry.

• Should
have good knowledge and experience in PEO BOM's ,Routings , Snapshots ,
Parameter effectivity and Change Management

• On
execution side must have good experience with PEO Production orders and
Classical Production orders and relevant apps .Strong PP background preferred.

• Soft
Skills: Excellent
client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, problem-solving, and
cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
