Sanitation Commissary Clerk

Job Description

• Clean and sanitize food production areas, equipment, utensils, and surfaces according to company and regulatory standards
• Follow established sanitation procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment as needed
• Remove and properly dispose of waste, recycling, and compost materials
• Monitor and restock sanitation supplies such as detergents, sanitizers, and PPE
• Identify and report any sanitation or safety concerns to management
• Assist with general commissary tasks as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work in refrigerated or freezer environments
• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions
• Manual handling of boxes, trays, and carts, and other equipment

Pay Rate: Starting at $15 per hour. Higher pay available depending on experience.
