Job Summary
The Sample Room Coordinator will assist the VP of Marketing, Marketing Lead, and Marketing Assistant in the sample room labeling samples, creating sample kits, pulling samples/kits for orders, and preparing them for shipment as well as any additional tasks necessary pertaining to RJ Schinner Exclusive Brand samples.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation of RJ Branded Sample Kits as directed
- Assist with pulling, packing, and shipping of requested RJ Branded Samples by sales team and customers as requested
- Order inventory necessary for sample kit creation
- Assist with administrative tasks involved with RJ Branded Samples – report building and communication with sales rep/customer as directed
- Daily usage of Microsoft Office computer system to complete tasks may be necessary
- Other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing and/or Marketing Lead
Qualifications/Experience
- High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy necessary
