Salesforce Solution Architect - Sales Cloud

We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Sales Cloud. This role can be located anywhere in the United States. Responsibilities

The pillars of being a successful Solution Architect at Perficient are: 

• Provide Salesforce architecture solutions for projects centered on Sales Cloud, with experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Revenue Cloud / CPQ expertise is a plus. 
• Work with the Sales team to accurately scope projects for new and existing customers. Describe the art of the possible. 
• Build deep relationships with customers, knowing their business better than they do, and leading them as a trusted advisor through the Salesforce ecosystem. When necessary, have the hard conversations. 
• Be the technical lead on the project and design the overall solution. That includes identifying risks and communicating early and often, fully understanding and following delivery methodology, and leading by example to support consultant growth. 
• Be the technology expert in the room. Deploy best practices to create technology with the right data model and architecture. Consciously grow your expertise and fill potential knowledge gaps. 
• Assist consultants in QA'ing User Stories, guiding their work, and ultimately owning the project's success. 
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions across the sales lifecycle -- pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity management, and Einstein for Sales. 
• Leverage AI tools and Agentforce capabilities to enhance client outcomes and drive innovation within the Sales Cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem 
• Experience working as part of or leading a project team 
• Sales Cloud Consultant certification required; Service Cloud Consultant a plus 
• Experience delivering on the Experience Cloud platform a plus 
• Revenue Cloud / CPQ experience a plus 
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and support data-informed delivery 
• Strong written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $149,880. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
