This role serves as the primary point of accountability for Salesforce product decisions, adoption, and value realization. You will lead cross-functional prioritization, define intended business outcomes, establish decision-ready requirements, and coordinate delivery with business leaders, IT Operations, Salesforce, and implementation partners. The initial focus will be strengthening platform stability, improving workflow adoption, maintaining support continuity, and creating transparency into platform priorities before pursuing significant new capabilities.

–     Define and measure workflow performance, platform adoption, data quality, and business value realization

•      Product Ownership and Governance

–     Manage roadmap planning, release prioritization, and delivery coordination for Salesforce

–     Lead cross-functional requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, business readiness, training coordination, and user enablement activities

–     Facilitate Salesforce governance discussions involving business stakeholders, platform owners, data owners, and implementation partners

–     Partner with Salesforce and vendor teams to evaluate platform capabilities and ensure investments support Vaniam Group priorities

–     Maintain visibility into platform risks, support capacity, backlog health, and adoption challenges, escalating issues when appropriate

•      Workflow Improvement and Automation

–     Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflow requirements, evaluate improvement opportunities, and identify automation solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience

–     Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes across teams while preserving necessary agency-specific flexibility

–     Coordinate implementation of approved automation, integration, and workflow improvement initiatives with technical delivery teams

–     Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and interoperability standards

•      Adoption, Value Realization, and Insights

–     Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide visibility into workflow performance, adoption, operational health, and business outcomes

–     Define adoption and utilization measures and partner with business leaders to improve user engagement and process compliance

–     Coordinate user training, communications, and change enablement activities to support successful adoption of Salesforce-enabled workflows

–     Measure and communicate realized business value from Salesforce investments and workflow improvements

•      Data Stewardship

–     Partner with enterprise data owners and stewards to ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are maintained

–     Support the implementation of shared enterprise data standards, definitions, and controls within Salesforce

–     Ensure Salesforce data can be effectively leveraged across enterprise workflows, reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives

•      AI Integration

–     Identify opportunities to improve enterprise workflows and decision-making through approved AI-enabled capabilities

–     Evaluate AI opportunities based on business value, workflow impact, user adoption, and responsible AI principles

–     Partner with Enterprise Systems & AI Enablement to ensure AI solutions align with enterprise governance, security, privacy, and data standards

–     Ensure all AI-generated outputs are appropriately reviewed for accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and business suitability

–     Support the use of Salesforce and enterprise AI capabilities that improve workflow effectiveness, automation, and user productivity

•      Internal Responsibilities

–     Collaborate with business, platform, workflow, and data owners to ensure Salesforce supports evolving business needs

–     Participate in cross-functional initiatives that improve enterprise workflows, operational efficiency, and client outcomes

–     Support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives that require Salesforce data

–     Partner with technical teams responsible for platform administration, security, integrations, and operations

–     Maintain strong working relationships across agencies and corporate functions to balance local business needs with enterprise consistency

–     Other duties may be assigned to support enterprise workflow objectives and business priorities.

What You Must Have

•      Education and Experience

–     Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

–     5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Systems Leadership, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Enterprise Platforms, or a related discipline

–     Experience owning a product roadmap, managing a prioritized backlog, and aligning platform investments to measurable business outcomes

•      Experience with marketing automation, customer engagement, or commercial operations platforms

•      Salesforce certifications, Product Owner certifications, or comparable platform certifications

•      Experience operating within a federated organization and balancing enterprise standards with business-unit requirements
