Sales Team Supervisor

Overview

The Support Manager is responsible for executing coaching strategies and improving frontline sales performance through consistent, data-driven development. This role partners closely with Regional Managers and Sales Operations to translate performance insights into targeted coaching that drives measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Sales Agents and Sales Team Leads, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure team success
• Deliver consistent, high-quality coaching to sales agents focused on improving key performance metrics, including contact rate, conversion, and overall funnel effectiveness
• Partner with the Regional Manager to execute against regional performance goals and coaching priorities
• Utilize data provided by Regional Managers and Sales Operations to identify performance gaps and tailor coaching strategies accordingly
• Conduct structured call reviews to evaluate agent performance, reinforce best practices, and address skill deficiencies
• Provide clear, actionable feedback with defined next steps and measurable improvement targets
• Track and document coaching sessions, ensuring alignment between feedback, KPIs, and performance outcomes
• Identify recurring performance trends and communicate insights to Regional Managers to inform broader strategy
• Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives, including targeted coaching plans for underperforming agents
• Reinforce adherence to approved scripting, compliance standards, and call quality expectations
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure coaching efforts align with evolving business needs and campaign priorities
• Act as a resource for agents by providing guidance, clarification, and ongoing skill development support
• Maintain a strong understanding of sales processes, product offerings, and performance expectations

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• 5 years’ external inside sales experience required, or 1-year internal experience in the Sales department.

• Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork.
• Willing to expand leadership skills and capabilities.
• Direct knowledge of the inside sales process and ability to translate actions into results.
• Clearly explain details about the company's debt settlement program to current clients.
• Recall details of calls with clients and to record those details accurately in Salesforce.
• De-escalate stressful situations.
• Support and de-escalate vulnerable and sometimes difficult clients.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $71,500 - $82,000 annually.
