We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will play a key role in supporting dealer partners, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Summary / Objective
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales growth through ATW Truck Equipment’s distribution network. This role combines sales development, customer relationship management, and operational sales support to help distributors successfully sell and deliver our products.
The position works closely with distributors, customers, and internal sales teams to identify opportunities, provide product expertise, prepare quotes, and ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry through order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to grow sales and market presence
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our customer network and assigned territories
Promote ATW Truck Equipment products and solutions to distributors and end customers
Provide product recommendations, pricing guidance, and technical support to help customers close sales
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for distributors and customers
Support initiatives designed to increase customer engagement and product adoption
Sales Operations & Support
Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and purchase orders for dealers and customers
Process and track orders from initial inquiry through fulfillment
Maintain detailed records of pricing, configurations, quotes, and customer interactions
Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Ensure timely responses to dealer and customer inquiries
Maintain sales tools, product documentation, and demonstration materials
Product & Market Knowledge
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of ATW Truck Equipment products and their applications
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
Provide product training and technical guidance to help dealers improve sales effectiveness

Position Details
Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Travel: Local dealer visits, customer meetings, and occasional industry events; limited overnight travel may be required.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required; additional education in business or sales preferred
Experience in sales, dealer support, inside sales, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to learn technical product information and effectively communicate value to customers
Experience working with dealer networks or distribution channels is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software
