About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist who will engage with qualified leads to guide customers through the design and purchasing process. This role involves connecting with Customers remotely via phone, email, video chat, and text to understand their project needs, creating accurate designs using 20/20 kitchen design software, and closing sales to exceed goals. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, sales expertise, and experience with CRM software, with a focus on delivering quality service in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Location: 100% Remote. 
• Reports to: Sales Manager
• Achievable Total Compensation Range: $80,000 - $150,000 annually, reflecting individual sales performance. (Base salary plus uncapped sales commission)
• Base Salary: $37,440
• Schedule: 40 hours, hourly position eligible for overtime pay. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Do: 

• Connect with customers in a 100% remote capacity via phone, email, video chat, and text to understand their project needs and guide them through the design and purchasing process.
• Sell effectively, close customer orders, and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Execute a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and texts to new and existing customers.
• Work qualified leads provided by the company; no cold calling required.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Produce accurate, high-quality designs from customer sketches using 20/20 design software.
• Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in CRM software, following designer SOP. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to close and exceed sales goals in a high customer count environment.
• Kitchen design software experience required, in one of the following: 20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro, or Cabinet Vision.
• CRM software experience.
• Home improvement industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
• A dedicated, distraction free remote workspace is required.
• Reliable high-speed internet required.
